Production time

Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak periods (holiday season, Lab Week, back-to-school) production may take up to 7 business days — we'll notify you by email if there's a delay.

Tracking

Tracking is included on every order and sent by email the moment your package ships. You can also check order status at any time in your account.

Customs, duties & import taxes

International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping cost. We declare the actual order value on customs forms.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, and returned to us, may incur re-shipping charges. We can't reroute packages once they've left our warehouse.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within our stated window, email hello@canvasandclick.com with your order number and we'll investigate. Confirmed lost packages are replaced at no cost.

Multiple items

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages (different product types are fulfilled at different print partners). Each package has its own tracking number.
